Ordering MOQ Products e.g. Swim Caps

Minimum Order Quantities

There are a number of products that have Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and these products need to be ordered in 'bulk' with the MOQ number or above as the quantity required for the order to be accepted.

Swim Caps are one such product and are the most regularly 'bulk' ordered product.

How the Bulk Ordering system works

Your Team or Club needs to apply for a Club Administrator Log-In. Once this is activated, ordering is via your normal Team/Club Shop page. The products that are subject to MOQs may be visible to all members but not purchasable, or only visible to the Club Administrator. Whether these products are visible to all or not is for the club to decide.Β 

If personalisation is an option on a product this can still be applied via the Bulk Order.

Applying for a Club Admin Account

Using the Club Admin Application Form submit your details to us. Once approved, you will receive an email requesting you to activate your account and set a password. You are then goo to go!

How to Place a Bulk Order

  • Log-In: Using your Club Administrator user name and password, log-in to the Club Admin account.Β  If you don't yet have a Club Admin account apply for one here.
  • Select your Shop: Navigate to your shop by selecting Shop TeamwearΒ  from the Menu and either scroll down to your Team/Club or search for it using the search field under the "Find Your Club" heading.
  • Display Products: Choose eitherΒ Adult Kits and/or Kids Kits options to display all the products available to your Team/Club
  • Select Products: Select the products you wish to purchase entering the quantity of each. If the minimum quantities have not been entered a warning message is displayed.
  • Personalisation on Swim Caps: Personalisation is added as a separate product, one name per purchase. For example, you required 50 swim caps, of which 5 want names on, your order will consist of:
    1 x Swim Caps - quantity 50
    1 x Personalisation - name "Annie"
    1 x Personalisation - name "James"
    1 x Personalisation - name "Sameer"
    1 x Personalisation - name "Francois"
    1 x Personalisation - name "Rupert"
    Where there are more than one swim cap styles, e.g. different colour way, there will be a matching Personalisation product.
  • Check Out: Complete your purchase, entering a single shipping address, making payment.
  • Delivery: Order will be sent to the Shipping Address for distribution by the Club after a period of between 20-40 days for production..
