How the 24/7 Shop Works for Standard Kit:
- Always open: Your store remains open 365 days a year, completely eliminating the rush of 1-2 week ordering windows.
- No Member Deadlines: Members order directly whenever they need kit, and Swimzi manages the production and direct-to-door delivery.
- Zero Hassle: You no longer need to chase members for orders ahead of closing dates.
- Standard Kit: Orders for your standard club kit, e.g. club shirt with personalisation, can be placed as they have always have been. However, products that are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) e.g. swim caps, have to be placed separately as a bulk order via your Club Administrator; members purchase hats, with or without personalisation, direct from the club.
- Production: Orders are sent to Production each Monday morning, covering all orders received in the previous week (Monday to Sunday). Production takes between 20 and 40 days dependant on the product.
Managing Caps & MOQ Products (Club Admin Login)
Certain bespoke items, such as custom swim caps, require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for production. These too can be placed directly through your Team/Club Shop 24/7, including personalisation if applicable, provided you order at least the minimum quantity.
Here is how we seamlessly integrate these products into the new system:
- Exclusive Login: You will be provided with a dedicated Club Admin Login.
- Centralised Bulk Ordering: While members buy standard individual kit 24/7, club administrators use this portal place bulk orders for caps and any other MOQ-restricted items.
- Full Control: This allows you to track demand for caps and only trigger an order when you hit the required minimums, keeping pricing optimised without interrupting the 24/7 availability of your standard kit.
