The future of club ordering is changing. Our 24/7 Club Shop system is designed to eliminate ordering windows, simplify administration and give your members the freedom to order whenever they need kit.

From 2027, the 24/7 ordering format will become standard across all existing Swimzi Club Shops. Any new clubs joining Swimzi will automatically be set up with this system.

How the 24/7 Shop Works for Standard Kit

• Always Open: Your store remains open 365 days a year, completely eliminating the rush of 1–2 week ordering windows.
• No Member Deadlines: Members order directly whenever they need kit, and Swimzi manages production and direct-to-door delivery.
• Zero Hassle: No more chasing members for orders ahead of closing dates.
• Standard Kit: Orders for standard club kit, such as personalised club shirts, can be placed as usual. However, products subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), such as swim caps, must be ordered separately as a bulk order via your Club Administrator. Members can purchase hats, with or without personalisation, directly from the club.
• Production: Production takes approximately 20–30 days, depending on the products within your order.

Managing Caps & MOQ Products (Club Admin Login)

Certain bespoke items, such as custom swim caps, require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for production. These can also be ordered directly through your Team/Club Shop 24/7, including personalisation where applicable, provided the minimum quantity is met.

Here is how we seamlessly integrate these products into the new system:

• Exclusive Login: You will be provided with a dedicated Club Admin Login.
• Centralised Bulk Ordering: While members purchase standard individual kit 24/7, club administrators use this portal to place bulk orders for caps and other MOQ-restricted items.
• Full Control: This allows you to track demand for caps and only trigger an order once the required minimum quantities are reached, helping maintain optimised pricing without interrupting the availability of your standard kit.

From 2027, all existing Swimzi Club Shops will transition to the 24/7 ordering format as standard. Any new clubs onboarding with Swimzi will automatically receive a 24/7 shop from the outset.
