UK DELIVERY
All online orders are packaged, dispatched from our Warehouse in Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire UK.
Deliveries are via Royal Mail using a tracked service. For very large orders other carriers may be used. You will be advised of the tracking details.

Please note: the above timescales are the expected delivery times but are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday - Friday are dispatch the same day (excluding Bank Holidays) for all delivery methods.
Orders placed after 12 pm GMT Monday - Friday may be dispatched on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays) or on the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) or on the next working day.

1. Free delivery
Free delivery uses Royal Mail Track 48 service where the delivery is expected 3-5 days after date of dispatch, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Next Day delivery
Next Day delivery uses Royal Mail Track 24 service where the delivery is expected the day after the date of dispatch, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We cannot offer express delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other postcodes outside mainland Britain.
3. Wholesale Shipping (Retailers Only)
Orders are delivered by FedEx or DHL. on a Next Day service where delivery is expected the day after dispatch, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
The cost of Wholesale Shipping is dependant on the size of the order:
1-50 pieces £12 (incl VAT)
51-100 pieces £24 (incl VAT)
101-150 pieces £36 (incl VAT)
When you receive your order
Sometimes we split your order across more than one delivery (because of stock availability) but we’ll only charge you once.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are able ship to International destinations. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on Shipping Address.
