RETURNS
Something not quite right?
We have a 30 day Return Policy which means you can send your item(s) back to us, within 30 days of purchase, with all tags and original packaging, and on receipt and after inspection, we will process a refund.
We are not able to accept the return of personalised items, unless faulty, or Gift Cards.
During November and December the returns period is extended to 31st January.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, you will need to pay postage.
For faulty items the return period is extended to 90 days from purchase. Please Contact Us with details of the fault, providing evidence, and we will advise how to proceed.
How to return an item
Complete the Returns section of the Delivery Note and include in your parcel and attach the pre-printed address label to the outside.
No returns label/form?
If you do not have the Delivery Note, no worries, simply use a piece of notepaper ensuring you include the following information:
- Your name & full address
- Contact telephone number
- Date of order
- Order number
- Name of item
- Reason for returning/description of fault

Please note: if you’re returning something to us, you must take reasonable care of it when it’s with you, otherwise we may not accept it.
Always ask for a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.
REFUNDS
Refunds are credited back by the original payment method – e.g. to the same debit/credit card used to make the purchase. We are unable to refund to a different payment type/card.
If your Swimzi product is a gift and you wish to return it, we still have to be refunded to the original purchaser. Sorry, we are unable to keep it a secret from the person who bought it for you!
EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Your Rights of Withdrawal
