Something not quite right?
Wrong colour? Wrong size? or something else? No problem.
Just send your item(s) back to us, within 30 days of purchase, with all tags and original packaging, and on receipt we will process a refund. During November and December the returns period is extended to 31st January.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. If you wish to return your order (or part of it) you will need to pay postage. If the item is faulty we will offer a refund within a 90 day period from purchase on the production of evidence showing the fault.
We are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless faulty.
Refunds can only be credited back by the original payment method – i.e. onto the same debit/credit card used.
Returned gift items still have to be refunded to the original purchaser. If you want to exchange or return your gift, we can’t keep it a secret from the person who bought it for you!
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
How to return an item
Complete the Returns section of the Delivery Note and include in your parcel and attach the pre-printed address label to the outside.
No returns label/form?
If you do not have the Delivery Note, no worries, simply use a piece of notepaper ensuring you include the following information:
- Your name & full address
- Contact telephone number
- Date of order
- Order number
- Name of item
- Reason for returning/description of fault

Please note: if you’re returning something to us, you must take reasonable care of it when it’s with you, otherwise we may not accept it.
Always ask for a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.
